INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Oatmeal (preferably fine)
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Warm water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix flour and salt together. Slowly add warm water. Roll out onto a
floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into triangles.
2. Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle until golden on both sides. Dry out
in a 300F oven until crisp.
* These cakes are eaten buttered as a snack or with dinner. Posted to The
