We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

True disciples do not have a neutral reaction toward Jesus. True disciples walk an almost paradoxical life of wanted to be around Him more than anyone or anything else, but also experiencing a fear that intensifies the more we are in His presence. It’s love and it’s respect. It’s intimacy and it’s reverence. It’s loyal friend and it’s holy God. Like Peter in Luke 5:8, both clinging to His feet and asking Him to leave.

What is a real man? [Contrasting] the lives of Adam and Jesus comes the following powerful reply. A real man is one who: rejects passivity, accepts responsibility, leads courageously [and] accepts the greater reward, God’s reward. This manhood vision desperately needs to be proclaimed throughout our society. It is a vision that makes its greatest impact when transmitted from fathers to their Modern-Day Knights.

2 lb Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
1 ts Salt
1 ts Parsley flakes
1/8 ts Pepper
32 oz Jar spaghetti sauce
1 lg Box manicotti pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

CHEESE FILLING
Mix all ingredients for cheese filling thoroughly. Cook manicotti pasta
according to package directions. Drain; handling carefully, stuff each
shell with 1/3-1/2 c. of cheese filling. Cover the bottom of a 3 quart
baking dish with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Lay shells side by side.
Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells. Sprinkle top with extra parmesan
cheese. Bake ate 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until hot & bubbly. NOTE:
I find the manicotti pasta hard to stuff & use large shell shaped pasta
instead. Walt MM
