INGREDIENTS

1 Pineapple; peeled
3 Pears; peeled
2 c Chamomile tea
1/2 c Muscat wine
Honey; to taste
1 Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

then cut up. In a blender or food processor puree fruits. Strain through a
fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey and lemon juice. Serve
cold garnished with pineapple leaves.
