Pork and Sauerkraut

2 lb Sauerkraut; drain and rinsed
1 md Red potato; peeled and grated
1 md Tart apple; peeled and grated
1 md Onion; peeled and grated
2 ts Caraway seeds
4 lb Country ribs; pork chops, or boneless pork chops

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sauerkraut, potato, apple, onion, and caraway seeds. Place in an
ovenproof casserole; top with ribs or chops. Bake at 325F, uncovered, for
1-1/2    hours.
