INGREDIENTS

2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Mint leaves, fresh OR
1/3 c Mint leaves, dried
2 c Boiling water
3/4 c Lemon juice
1 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 6 oz can pineapple juice, frozen concentrate
2 qt Ginger ale, or champagne
1 12 oz can apricot nectar
1 6 oz can limeade, frozen concentrate

INSTRUCTIONS

SYRUP MIXTURE
FRUIT JUICE MIXTURE
Boil water, add sugar and mint. Let sit for 20 minutes, Strain
leaves from the syrup. Use all juices undiluted. Mix all juices and
then add syrup mixture. This base makes 2 quarts even. Base freezes
nicely for future use. Take out and thaw. Just before serving add
ginger ale or champagne. This can also be used as a rum drink.
