INSTRUCTIONS
Mix lettuce, red onion, celery and mandarin oranges. Top with slivered
almonds or pine nuts. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, peanut
oil, mustard and salt. Pour dressing over salad and serve. Serves 4.
