INSTRUCTIONS
Shallow fry the panir. Add the salt, garam masala, coriander, cumin,
turmeric, ginger, chillies and garlic and saut. lightly.
Add the water and bring to the boil. Add the peas and mushrooms and simmer
for 10 minutes. Add the spinach, coconut milk and cream and simmer for 5
minutes.
Serve with rice.
