According to the Christian revelation, God’s own great love propitiated His own holy wrath through the gift of His own dear Son, who took our place, bore our sin and died our death.     INGREDIENTS

    2 T White Wine Vinegar
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/4 t Salt
    1/4 t Pepper
    5 c Carrot, coarsely shredded
    about 1 1/2 pounds
    4 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
    1 Bay Leaf

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a wire
whisk. Add remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Cover and chill
