INGREDIENTS

2		Egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2	c	Milk, scalded
1/8	t	Salt
1/2	t	Walnut flavoring
3/4	c	Whipping cream
1/2	c	Water
1	c	Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine egg yolks, milk, salt, water, and honey. Chill. Add flavoring
and cream.  Cook over hot water until mixture coats a spoon. Pour  into
