INSTRUCTIONS
Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook
over low heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add salt and
mace; cool. Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1-1/2 cups. From <The
