The Christian father is really an instrument in God’s hand. The whole process of instruction and discipline must be that which God commands and which He administers, so that His authority should be brought into constant and immediate contact with the mind, heart, and conscience of children. The human father should never present himself as the ultimate authority to determine truth and duty. It is only by making God the teacher and ruler on whose authority everything is done that the goals of education can best be attained.

As we serve Him, He makes that service acceptable to Himself by grace, and then rewards us a hundredfold by grace.

Orzo And Smoked Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 c Orzo pasta
6 oz Smoked turkey breast, cut
In 1/4" cubes
1/2 c Green onions, thinly
Sliced
1/4 c Red cabbage, finely
Shredded
1/4 c Fresh cilantro, chopped and
Loosely packed
3 T Lemon juice
2 T Regular or lowfat
Mayonnaise
2 t Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the orzo according to the package directions, but without adding
the salt.  Drain, then rinse with cold water and drain again.  In a
large bowl, combine the orzo, turkey, onions, cabbage and  cilantro. In
a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice, mayonnaise  and oil.  Add
to the orzo mixture and toss until well coated. Recipe  By : MRSBOWLER
