Fresh-Cut Diced Tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

meat and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet. Stir in  wine;
bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat, until  liquid is
gone, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes; reduce heat; cover and  cook 10
minutes or until meat is tender. Add vegetables; heat through.  Posted
