Sunflower oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Break down the jelly and whisk in the oil & vinegar. Season and add
chopped dill. Arrange the salmon on the plate, dress with the herb
salad, picked walnuts & lemon.  Drizzle with the dressing and finish
