Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli (or 2 C. fresh cooked)
1 lg Cooked chicken breast (about 2 cups and can use turkey also)
1 c Cubed velvetta cheese
1 c Cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/4 c Butter
3/4 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on box.  Cook broccoli for 10 minutes.  Drain.
Cut up cooked chicken breast.  Combine soup, butter, and milk in a
saucepan. Heat until butter melts. In casserole arrange rice, chicken,
broccoli, and cheese in layers. Pour soup mixture over top and bake covered
for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes
longer.
