Crab Meat Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

1 c Crab meat
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 md Onion; chopped
3/4 c Chopped celery
2 sl Bacon;cut in small pieces
1 c Fresh dry bread crumbs
2 tb Butter
Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Flake crab meat; add eggs. Fry onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in
butter; cook over low heat until tender. Mix with crab meat; add seasonings
to taste.
This stuffing may be used for turkey, chicken, baked green peppers or
tomatoes.
