INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Butter or margarine
4 c Fresh or canned fruit or berries, drained
1 c Fruit juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix until smooth the dry ingredients with the milk and vanilla. Melt butter
in 8 x 10" baking pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Place over batter
the fruit. Pour over the top, 1 cup fruit juice. Bake in preheated 350
degree oven for 30-35 mins. until light brown.
