1/2 c Unsalted butter, softened
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Honey
2 lg Eggs
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 c All purpose flour
1 ts Double acting baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Granny smith apples,grated
1/2 c Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c Pecans,chopped
Apple wedges
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 8oz. Gouda cheese wheel
1 8oz farmer's cheese wheel
1 8oz.package cream cheese
1 tb Granny smith apples, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the honey and
the eggs. Sift together the

powder, baking soda and salt into the butter mixture. Stir mixture until it
is well combined and stir in the apples, cheese and pecans. Spoon into well
greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick
comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Serve sliced bread with
accompaniments. Garnish with cheese wheels and apple wedges. (dip apple
