1 3/4 c All purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
1 Egg
3/4 c Milk
3/4 c Sweetened applesauce
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
1 c Fresh cranberries, coarsely
chopped
2 t All purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 t Ground cinnamon
1 3/4 c ps of flour, 1/4 cup sugar the baking powder baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS

& Bob Holze) In medium bowl, combine  and salt. In small bowl, combine
egg, milk, applesauce and butter,  mix well. Add egg mixture to flour
mixture, stirring just until  moistened. Batter will be lumpy. In small
bowl, toss cranberries with  2 tb flour, fold into batter.  Spoon
batter into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups.  In another small bowl,
combine 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.  Sprinkle over muffins. Bake in
preheated 400 oven 20-25 mins or until  wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool  on wire rack.  Western New York
