2 oz FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1 1/2 lb SUGAR, GRANULATED 10 LB
1 T CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
1 t MACE GROUND

INSTRUCTIONS

CHOP APPLES INTO 1/2 INCH PIECES. MIX TOGETHER CINNAMON, FLOUR, MACE
AND SUGAR. ADD TO APPLES; MIX WELL.  NOTE:  1.  THIS FILLING MAY BE
