2 1/4 t Active dry yeast
1 3/4 c Bread flour
2 T Bread flour
1 1/2 c Rye flour
1/3 c Cracked wheat
1 1/2 t Sugar
1 1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 t Caraway seeds
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Onion, minced
1 Apple, chopped
3 T Unsalted butter
1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all the ingredeints in the order suggested by your bread machine
manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the
manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool completely before slicing
