INGREDIENTS

1 Apple; (100 g)
150 ml Milk
1 ts Cream; (5 ml)
A pinch of nutmeg powder
2 ts Lemon juice; (10 ml)
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE SEASONING
PEEL and dice the apple. Cook in milk for 10 to 15 minutes. When cool,
blend in a mixer. Beat cream, adding nutmeg powder, lemon juice and
salt. Mix all ingredients to a smooth consistency.
