INGREDIENTS

200 ml Double cream
1 tb Icing sugar
100 g Apple sauce
Dot of butter
2 tb Breadcrumbs
1 Pinches cinnamon
Blackberries
Chocolate vermicelli

INSTRUCTIONS

TO DECORATE
1 Softly whip the double cream and stir in the icing sugar. Fold in
the apple sauce. Divide the mixture between two tall glasses.
2 Heat the butter in a small frying pan. Fry the breadcrumbs with the
cinnamon until crisp and golden.
3 Serve the apple sauce whip topped with the breadcrumbs,
blackberries and chocolate vermicelli.
