God’s Providence is always executed in the ‘wisest manner’ possible. We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Dried apple slices
2 Cinnamon sticks
4 Whole cloves
1 1/2 qt Cold water
Honey or sugar; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the apple slices, cinnamon, cloves and water in a saucepan and
bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes. Sweeten with
honey or sugar, and strain into tea glasses, pushing gently on the
apples to remove all the liquid. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
