INGREDIENTS

4 Avocados – (4 to 5); peeled, chopped fine
1 sm White onion; finely chopped
1/4 c Finely-chopped cilantro
3 sm Serrano chiles; finely chopped
(or 1 small jalapeno chile)
Juice of 2 limes
Sea salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the onions, cilantro,
chiles, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This
recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
