INGREDIENTS

1 pt Yogurt
1 1/2 c Cold water
1/2 c Heavy cream
Salt; to taste
Crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves; for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the yogurt, water, cream and salt in a blender and blend for
about 1 minute, or until frothy. Refrigerate for later use, or pour
into tall, chilled glasses over crushed ice, and garnish with mint
leaves. This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
