INGREDIENTS

MARY SUE DAY
1 Whole grouper, about 3 lbs
3/4 c Olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Lemon, sliced
3 Onions, finely chopped
20 Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 t Parsley, chopped
1/2 t Oregano.

INSTRUCTIONS

(RBCK34E)  Clean fish & slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon
juice. Salt &  pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain & place in baking
dish & stuff  w/parsley & oregano. Saute onions & garlic lightly 3 min.
in olive  oil. Pour over fish. Arrange sliced lemon on top of fish, add
water &  bake in oven 375F. for 45 ~ 50 min. or until fish is tender.
