Baked Jersey Royal New Potatoes With Salmon Roe

INGREDIENTS

250 g Jersey royal new potatoes
9 oz
2 T Melted butter
100 g Salmon roe, 4 oz
125 g Creme fraiche, 4 oz
1 Pack chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the grill. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water until
cook. When cool enough to handle, split each one in half and remove
some of the inside. Brush them with butter and grill until lightly
brwoned. To serve, immediately top them with some salmon roe, creme
