INGREDIENTS

1 Banana, peeled and
quartered
1 Kiwi, peeled and halved
1 c Low-fat buttermilk
6 oz Fruit-flavored yogurt
non-fat or low-fat
1 T Sugar, up to 2

INSTRUCTIONS

How To Prepare: Combine all ingredients in a blender or the work bowl
of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Cover and process  until
smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.  Serves: 2 (1 cup per serving)
