Bc’s Orange-tarragon Marinade

1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c White wine vinegar
2 T Chopped shallots
1 t Dried tarragon leaves
2 t Grated orange peel
1/2 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic
