Place the brisket and marinade in a resealable plastic bag and rotate the
bag several times to throughly coat the meat. Marinate at least 3 hours in
the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the brisket and
marinade ina roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 to 4
hours or until tender. Be sure to serve it with the pan drippings.
