INGREDIENTS

1/3 oz Beef, cooked and sliced

1 Apple, peeled and sliced
Thinly
2 T Vinegar
2 T Broth
2 T Oil
2 T Chives, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the meat, onion slices and the apple slices in a big bowl. Thin
the vinegar with a little broth; add oil and pour over all. 2. Let it
all sit and add the chives before serving with a hearty bread.
