INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Lean beef
1/2 Bundle preserved turnip
2 Fresh ginger root
1 t Light soy sauce
1 t Peanut oil
1/4 t Sugar
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mince or grind beef. Wash and shred preserved turnip; shred ginger
root. Then combine and blend with remaining ingredients. Leave the
cooked rice still in its pot and spread the beef mixture over. Cook,
covered, 2 minutes more over low heat; then serve.  From <The Thousand
