INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, ketchup, water, brown sugar,
worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Simmer on low
heat for 10-20 minutes. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
