Black Bean Salad For Crew

1 Onion, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, minced
4 Sun-dried tomatoes
oil-packed
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1/4 c Oil
Sriracha hot chili sauce, to
taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bacon bits, real

20:21:59 -0400 Mix onion and balck beans. In  food processor blend
garlic, tomoatoes, oil and vinegar. Add salt,  pepper and chili sauce
to taste. Mix with beans. Garnish salad with  real bacon bits and
chopped parsley.  Sriracha hot chili sauce is a Vietnamese sauce
manufactured by Huy  Fong Foods, Inc. Rosemead, CA 818-286-8328. It is
a great all purpose  hot sauce.  Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce
