| 8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
| 2 | oz | Bleu cheese |

| Chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill.
