Ingredients: 8 oz Cream cheese, softened; 2 oz Bleu cheese; 3 tb Chopped celery; 1/4 c Chopped onion; 2 tb Dried parsley; 2 tb Dried chives (optional); Chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling

8	oz	Cream cheese, softened
2	oz	Bleu cheese
3	tb	Chopped celery
1/4	c	Chopped onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts;
chill.
