Ingredients: 3 Tart green apples; cored and chopped; (about 5 cups); 3 c Thinly sliced cabbage; (3 to 5); 1/4 lb Bleu cheese; crumbled; 1 c Sour cream; 3 tb Grated cheddar cheese; 1 1/2 tb Thinly sliced green onion; (1 1/2 to 2); 1 1/2 tb Fresh lemon juice; 1 tb Chopped chives; 1 tb Red wine vinegar; 1 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss well. Cover and refrigerate
