Blueberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Water
1/4 c Sugar
2 1/4 ts Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Blueberries -Blueberry Sauce—
3/4 c Water
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan; stir with a whisk.
Bring to a boil; cook I minute or until thick, stirring constantly. Add
blueberries; cook 2 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 1 1/2cups (serving
size: 3 tablespoons).
