Boston Lettuce Salad With Sesame Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 Head Boston lettuce, rinsed
drained chilled
3 T Vegetable oil
1 T White vinegar
1/4 t Dijon mustard
1/4 t Salt
Fresh ground pepper
3 T Toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates. Combine oil, vinegar,
mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in
flat pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Immediately before
serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce; top with sesame seeds. Yield  4
