INSTRUCTIONS
Mix apples and sugar. Put in 9 X 13 inch pan in rows. Cover apples
with shredded cheese and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Beat the
remaining ingredients together. Pour evenly over the apples, cheese,
and bacon. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown. Makes 12
servings.
