Brisket

INGREDIENTS

5 lb Brisket; trimmed of fat (up to 6)
2 oz Liquid smoke flavoring
4 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Celery salt
1 Bottle Bull's Eye Spicy/Hot bbq sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub garlic powder and celery salt into both sides of brisket. Marinade
brisket in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce overnight, covered with
foil. Bake brisket, in marinade and covered with foil, 8 hours at 250
degrees. Discard marinade and let brisket cool; slice into 1/4 inch slices.
Put brisket on clean piece of foil, pour whole bottle of bbq sauce over
slices. Cover and bake 1 hour at 275-300 degrees. Serve warm or hot.
