INGREDIENTS

1 6-Lb Brisket Of Beef
1 Bottle Light Beer
1 Bottle Chili Sauce
1 Onion Soup Mix
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Salt And Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub salt, pepper and garlic into beef. Brown under broiler. add rest
of ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 3 hours. Turn twice while
