Broccoli Tree On Sour Cream Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 c Sour cream dip, commercial
or favorite homemade
1 lb Broccoli, cut in florets
1/2 lb Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 lb Cauliflower, cut in florets

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread sour cream dip in 1/2 inch thickness on bottom of shallow
rectangular serving dish.  Arrange broccoli florets in Christmas tree
shape, using stalk to form trunk.  Garnish with cherry tomatoes to
resemble tree decorations.  Surround "tree" with cauliflower florets.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.  Serve with toothpicks.  Add
more florets as needed to maintain tree shape.  Makes 12 to 15
