Broiled Salmon (sake No Miso Yaki)

INGREDIENTS

4 Salmon steaks
1/4 c White soybean paste
shiromiso
1/2 t Sugar
1/2 T Soy sauce
2 Chopped green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

Broil salmon on each side until done, about six minutes per side
(salmon will be underdone at this point). Combine and mix miso, sugar
and soy sauce. Spread on one side of each steak. Return to broiler
until lightly browned. Turn over, spread sauce on flipside, broiled
