Butter Hot Peaches With A Honey And Muscat Syrup

nectarines 3

50 g Unsalted butter, 2oz
2 T Flower honey
2 T Sweet muscat or dessert
wine 2 to 3
Vanilla ice cream or
mascarpone to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Halve and slice the peaches. Heat the butter with the honey in a wok.
When dissolved, toss in the peaches and the sweet muscat or dessert
wine. Reheat until bubbling and serve immediately with vanilla ice
