Cheese-mushroom Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
3 T Bread crumbs
2 Onions
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Egg
2 c Cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
Thyme, salt pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute mushrooms, add crumbs. Put in quiche pan. Saute onions and put
over. Top with Cheddar. Combine egg and cottage cheese and put on  top.
Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake 45 min. at 375F.  Recipe by: Ellen Lax
