INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 White or wheat bread, but
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Cheese, shredded
1/8 t Onion salt
1/8 t Salt
6 Hot pepper sauce, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut bread into strips; place with buttered side down into 10 oz
custard cup. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg; add milk, cheese, onion
salt, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Pour into custard cup. Bake at 350
for 35 - 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Serve immediately
