1 Soft torpedo
200 g Grated swiss cheese
100 g Mushrooms; (4 oz)
Ground paprika
Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the torpedo in half and toast gently. Scatter the cheese over and
top with mushrooms. Grill and sprinkle with ground paprika. Sprinkle
with chopped parsley.
