INGREDIENTS

5 c Frozen unsweetened pitted tart red; thawed
Cherries
3 tb Sugar
1/2 c Regular rolled oats
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ds Nutmeg
1/4 c Butter
2 tb Crumbled white crackers
1/4 c Chopped coconut
Vanilla ice cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In saucepan, mix cherries and sugar together. Cook on medium high
until hot. Pour into baking dish. For topping: In a mixing bowl,
combine oats, brown sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter until
mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in crumbled crackers and
coconut. Sprinkle topping over cherries. Place dish in oven and bake
until top is golden brown. Serve warm over ice cream.
Approximately 30 minutes.
