INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Oil
1/2 c Dark Karo
3/4 c Dark brown sugar
3 tb Shoyu
2 Bottles (1.9-oz) norigoma furikake
2 Boxes (large) rice chex cereal

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat first five ingredients until sugar dissolves.  Put cereal in a large
foil roasting pan.  Pour heated mixture evenly over cereal and add
furikake; mix well.
Bake at 250 degrees for one hour.  Stir often; cool; place in airtight
container.
